
As a state-recognized psychodynamic psychotherapist, I support my clients on their journey toward inner healing and personal development with a holistic approach. I firmly believe that every person carries the ability for self-healing within themselves, and that profound transformation and growth are possible. In my work, I combine traditional psychodynamic psychotherapy with hypnotherapeutic methods, the Pantarei Approach, embodiment techniques, and therapeutic writing. This allows me to offer a flexible, tailored approach that places the individual needs and goals of my clients at the forefront. Whether in individual or group settings, my work is based on a deep appreciation of the personal process and a respectful, supportive attitude. I create a space where clients can recognize their blockages, gain inner clarity, and unfold into an authentic, empowered version of themselves. It is my passion to accompany people on this transformative journey and help them unlock the full potential of their being.
Offerings:
Psychotherapeutic Initial Consultation or Psychotherapeutic Counseling: This session provides an initial assessment regarding potential therapeutic goals, as well as recommendations for appropriate treatment approaches. It offers the opportunity to get to know me and my way of working, and to develop a sense of whether we could collaborate therapeutically.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy: Clients are supported through psychological crises on their journey toward inner balance and emotional health. Depth psychological approaches help to identify and resolve unconscious conflicts.
Holistic Self-Experience: This approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy with hypnotherapeutic methods and embodiment techniques. Each session is intentionally longer than in traditional psychotherapy, providing ample space for comprehensive integration. Different levels of perception and consciousness are engaged to facilitate profound and lasting change.
Psychotherapeutic Life Coaching: Goals regarding career, social relationships, or other areas of life are defined, and obstacles are addressed.
Couple Therapy: Jointly understanding and addressing challenges and conflicts within relationships, with the goal of discovering new paths forward together.
Workshops: The workshops offer a safe space for self-exploration, exchange, and personal development. Through group exercises and therapeutic writing, deeply ingrained emotional patterns are uncovered, and approaches for personal transformation are developed. Hypnotherapeutic methods are used to induce gentle trance states, providing participants with a more direct connection to the unconscious.
